Why does Pen Pal Kids Club full membership cost?

In order to insure your Child’s safety at Pen Pal Kids Club we are charging a modest fee.  This fee allows us to Guarantee that there is no outside influences or pop-up-advertising that might entice and subject your Child to people and areas of the internet that are not appropriate.  

  In addition charging a modest fee, it allows us to;

Employ REAL PEOPLE ‘LIFEGUARDS’ – that are on the site around the clock, monitoring and addressing any issues that might arise…just like Lifeguards at the Pool.

Continue to create custom LEARNING CONTENT – that meet and exceeds local, state and national standards.
